With 18 years of experience in the recruiting industry, BY Faith is born out of Hebrews 11 and a desire to bridge the gap between gospel-centered individuals seeking meaningful careers within ministry settings and organizations in need of their passion and skills.

This division is not just about fulfilling job vacancies; it’s a mission-driven effort rooted in biblical truth, aimed at fostering connections that enable the spread of the gospel through the work of dedicated professionals in ministry roles.

Each placement made through By Faith isn't just a success story of a well-matched candidate and organization; it's a step forward in a larger mission.

BY Faith also aims to serve pastors and those within the Ministry as a Gospel Coach by creating intentional Gospel conversations focused on discussing the leader’s relational, personal, missional and spiritual life. Gospel Coaching is NOT Mentoring, Counseling or Consulting
