What to Prepare for?

Remember, interview preparation is key to showcasing your skills, experiences, and enthusiasm. By following these points, you'll be better equipped to make a strong impression and increase your chances of landing the job.

Research the company: Understand the company’s mission, values, and products/services before the interview.

Review the job description: Make sure you understand the job requirements and how your skills and experiences match up.

Dress appropriately: Dress professionally, according to the company's culture and dress code. If you don’t know…. ASK!

Arrive early: Plan to arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to allow for any unexpected delays. Lost or stuck in traffic - CALL/TEXT immediately!

If Virtually, please be sure to log in about 3-5 min prior and make sure you have a quiet place with strong connection.  Punctuality and a professional appearance create a positive first impression.

Bring copies of your resume: Even if you have already submitted your resume online, bring a few hard copies to the interview.

Be prepared to talk about yourself: Be ready to discuss your pay, experiences, skills, and strengths that match the job requirements.

Ask questions: Come up with a few questions about the company or the job that shows you are interested and have done your research.

Use examples: Use specific examples from your work experiences to illustrate your abilities and achievements.

Practice your responses: Prepare responses to common interview questions, and practice them with a friend or family member.

Follow up: After the interview, contact your recruiter and send a thank you email to the interviewer, restating your interest in the job and highlighting your qualifications.

Success in an interview comes from preparation, experience & confidence
